LX INDIA Platform, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use, including
applicable service terms, Platform policies, and rules governing specific services or features available
on the Platform.
For the purposes of interpretation, the terms "we", "us", "our", and "LX INDIA" shall refer to Levelx Micro Systemes Private Limited, the owner and operator of the LX INDIA Platform.
Registration
Access to and use of the LX INDIA Platform and associated services is limited to individuals and
entities who are legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable Indian laws.
Persons who are incompetent to contract within the meaning of applicable law, including minors,
undischarged insolvents, and persons of unsound mind, are prohibited from accessing, registering on,
or conducting transactions through the Platform.
Any individual below eighteen (18) years of age shall not register as a user, create an account, or
conduct transactions on the Platform.
If LX INDIA becomes aware that a user is below eighteen (18) years of age or otherwise lacks legal
capacity to contract, LX INDIA may restrict access, suspend or terminate such account, and cancel
pending transactions where appropriate.
Your LX INDIA Account
1. Account Creation
To purchase products on LX INDIA, you must create an account by providing information requested
during registration, which may include your name, phone number, email address, and delivery details.
You agree to provide information that is accurate, complete, and updated whenever required.
Your account must represent your own identity. You must not create an account using false
information, impersonate any person or entity, or misuse another person's identity or contact details.
You are responsible for maintaining updated account information to facilitate communication and
delivery of orders.
2. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials, including passwords,
OTPs, and other authentication details.
Any activity conducted through your account shall be considered associated with your account unless
reported as unauthorised in accordance with applicable procedures.
If you become aware of unauthorised access, security issues or misuse of your account, you must notify
LX INDIA promptly and cooperate with reasonable verification processes.
LX INDIA shall not be responsible for losses arising from your failure to maintain confidentiality of
your account credentials or from misuse caused by your actions, negligence or failure to follow security
practices.
3. Account Suspension / Termination
LX INDIA may suspend, restrict, limit or terminate your account (with or without prior notice where
appropriate) if:
- You violate these Terms of Use or any applicable Platform policy;

You engage in suspicious, abusive, fraudulent, unlawful or unauthorised activities;

Your actions may adversely affect other users, sellers, LX INDIA or Platform operations; or

Upon suspension or termination, LX INDIA may restrict access to Platform features, cancel pending
transactions or take other reasonable measures required to maintain Platform security and compliance.
4. Account Closure
If you wish to stop using the Platform, you may request account closure.
LX INDIA may complete account closure after resolving or completing pending orders, refunds,
returns, chargebacks, disputes, investigations or compliance-related requirements.
Privacy
LX INDIA’s collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal information is governed by the LX
INDIA Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time.
The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms of Use.
By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you
have reviewed and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to processing of information in
accordance with applicable terms.
Use of the Platform
By accessing or using the LX INDIA Platform, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in
compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.
You must not:

cancellations, returns or complaints.

Platform Rights
LX INDIA may remove content, restrict Platform features, cancel transactions, limit access to services
or suspend/terminate accounts where it reasonably believes there is misuse, fraud, policy violation,
security risk or legal non-compliance.
Such actions may be taken with or without prior notice depending on the nature and seriousness of the
situation.
Product Listings, Prices & Availability
Products displayed on LX INDIA are listed by independent sellers registered on the Platform.
Product information, pricing, availability, specifications, and related details are provided by the
respective sellers and may change from time to time.
LX INDIA may take reasonable measures to facilitate accurate listing information; however, errors
may occasionally occur, including incorrect pricing, stock availability, product descriptions,
specifications, images or other listing details.
In such cases, LX INDIA and/or the seller may:

Correct or update listing information;

Cancel or decline to process an order before dispatch; and

Issue a refund where payment has already been received.
Customers will be informed where required.

Orders and Payments
Placing an Order
When you place an order on LX INDIA, you submit a request to purchase the selected product from the
relevant seller.
An order shall be considered confirmed only after successful payment (where applicable) and receipt of
an order confirmation through email, SMS, Platform notification, or other available communication
channels.
Once confirmed, the seller shall process and dispatch the order according to applicable timelines,
availability, and seller obligations.
Customers are advised to review all order details, including product specifications, delivery address,
and contact information, before placing an order, as changes or cancellations may not always be
possible after order processing begins.
LX INDIA and/or the seller may cancel an order in circumstances including stock unavailability, listing
or pricing errors, suspected fraud, misuse of Platform services, or non-compliance with applicable
policies.
Where payment has already been received, eligible refunds shall be processed in accordance with the
applicable Refund Policy.
Payment Methods
LX INDIA may provide multiple online payment options, including Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking,
UPI, and Wallets for eligible orders.
Online payments are processed through third-party payment gateways that follow applicable security
standards.
LX INDIA does not store or have access to complete card details, passwords, CVV numbers, or other
sensitive payment credentials.
Payment-related transactions, including processing, authentication, and settlement, are handled through
the respective payment gateway providers. Any payment failure, delay, reversal, or dispute arising due
to issues with the payment gateway or financial institution shall be subject to the applicable terms and
procedures of the concerned service provider.
Suspicious payment-related activity, misuse of payment methods, or violation of applicable Platform
policies may result in restrictions on payment options or account access.
Failed Transactions
If a payment transaction fails but the customer's bank account has been debited, the amount is generally
processed for reversal by the relevant bank or payment service provider according to their applicable
timelines.
If the amount is not received within the expected period, customers may contact their bank or payment
service provider for further assistance or raise a support request with LX INDIA. LX INDIA may assist
in coordinating with the relevant service provider, wherever applicable; however, the processing time
and completion of the transaction shall be subject to the procedures and timelines of the concerned
bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.
Shipping, Delivery, and Tracking
LX INDIA facilitates delivery-related communication and tracking through logistics processes
supported by sellers and delivery partners.
Sellers are responsible for dispatching products and providing shipment details through the Platform.
Delivery timelines displayed on the Platform are estimates and may vary due to factors including seller
location, delivery address, courier availability, weather conditions, regional restrictions, regulatory
requirements, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of LX INDIA and sellers.
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, refusal to accept delivery, or
repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order may be returned to the seller and handled according
to the applicable Return, Replacement, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Returns, Replacements Cancellation & Refunds
LX INDIA aims to provide a fair and transparent process for cancellations, returns, replacements, and
refunds for purchases made through the Platform.
Since LX INDIA operates as a marketplace platform, such requests are processed based on product
eligibility, available information, seller obligations, logistics feasibility, and applicable Platform
procedures.
All cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds for orders placed on the Platform shall be
governed by LX INDIA’s Return, Replacement, Refund & Cancellation Policy, as updated from time
to time.
The Return Policy forms an integral part of these Terms of Use and is incorporated by reference.
By placing an order on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the Return
Policy, including eligibility conditions, timelines, documentation requirements, verification procedures,

(iii) the product does not satisfy applicable return conditions; or
(iv) the request appears to involve misuse or abuse of Platform facilities.

LX INDIA operates solely as a marketplace platform connecting buyers with independent third-party
sellers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, LX INDIA is not the manufacturer, owner, distributor, importer, or
seller of products listed on the Platform and does not take ownership or title of such products.
Each seller is responsible for ensuring that products listed and supplied by them comply with
applicable laws, regulatory requirements, product standards, and seller obligations.
Sellers are responsible for:
• Product authenticity and legality;
• Accuracy of product listings;
• Product descriptions and specifications;
• Packaging and dispatch;
• Product warranties, where provided;
• Installation, support, and after-sales services, where applicable.
LX INDIA does not independently test, inspect, approve, or guarantee product quality, performance,
suitability, durability, or compliance of products listed by sellers.
Customers are advised to review product descriptions, specifications, seller information, and applicable
warranty terms before purchasing.
Where customers report issues, LX INDIA may provide facilitation support and assist communication
between relevant parties. Any resolution shall remain subject to seller/manufacturer obligations,
applicable policies, and law.
Product Warranty
Certain products listed on the Platform may include manufacturer or seller warranties, as specified on
the relevant product page. Unless expressly stated otherwise, warranty periods commence from the date
of successful delivery of the product to the buyer.
Warranty coverage, duration, exclusions, and claim procedures are determined solely by the respective

Customers may contact the concerned brand, authorised service centre, warranty portal, or seller
support channel for warranty claims.
LX INDIA does not provide product warranties and is not a party to warranty arrangements between
customers and manufacturers/sellers unless a product is expressly identified as sold and fulfilled by LX

LX INDIA may assist customers by facilitating communication with the relevant seller or manufacturer
and sharing order-related information where appropriate.
LX INDIA shall not be responsible for warranty decisions, repair quality, service delays, replacement
decisions, or charges imposed by manufacturers, sellers, or authorised service providers.
Reviews, Ratings & Feedback
LX INDIA allows customers to submit reviews, ratings, photographs, videos, and other feedback to
assist users in making informed purchasing decisions.
When submitting any review, rating, comment, image, video, or feedback ("Review Content"), you
agree that such content must:
• Be truthful and based on your genuine experience;
• Be relevant to the product or service;
• Be respectful and lawful.
You must not submit Review Content that:
• Is false, misleading, abusive, threatening, obscene, hateful, or unlawful;
• Contains personal contact information;
• Promotes external websites, links, or spam;
• Violates third-party rights.
LX INDIA may review, restrict, remove, or moderate Review Content that violates these guidelines or
applicable Platform policies.
Reviews represent individual user opinions, and LX INDIA does not independently verify or guarantee
the accuracy of all user-submitted content.
By submitting Review Content, you grant LX INDIA permission to display and use such content on the
Platform and in LX INDIA communications, promotions, marketing materials, advertisements, and
social media channels, with attribution where appropriate.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content and branding on the LX INDIA Platform, including platform design, product page formats,
text, graphics, icons, software, user interface elements, videos, logos, trademarks, and overall
presentation created or owned by LX INDIA, are proprietary assets of LX INDIA or are used under
applicable licences and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
The names "LX INDIA", the LX INDIA logo, and all related names, logos, marks, slogans, brand
identifiers, and official domains and subdomains, including levelxmicro.com, lxindia.com,
cx.lxindia.com, and onboarding.lxindia.com, are proprietary assets of LX INDIA and represent LX
INDIA’s goodwill. Such assets shall not be copied, used, reproduced, modified, imitated, or exploited
in any manner without LX INDIA’s prior written permission.
You may use the Platform only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these
Terms and applicable laws, including browsing products and placing orders through authorised
channels. Except for such limited permitted use, you shall not copy, reproduce, modify, publish,
transmit, distribute, sell, license, mirror, scrape, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any
part of the Platform content, software, design elements, or LX INDIA branding without prior written
authorisation.
You shall not use LX INDIA’s name, trademarks, logos, marks, or design elements in any manner that
may suggest affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or association with LX INDIA, including use in
advertisements, domain names or sub-domains, social media pages or handles, keywords/metatags,
packaging, or promotional materials.
Any unauthorised use, reproduction, misuse, or infringement of LX INDIA’s intellectual property
rights may result in account restrictions, suspension, or termination, and may lead to legal action or
other remedies available under applicable laws
Account Suspension, Restriction and Termination
LX INDIA may suspend, restrict, limit access to, or permanently terminate a user's account (and/or
associated accounts) if the user violates these Terms of Use, misuses the Platform, provides false or
misleading information, or engages in conduct that may adversely affect LX INDIA, sellers, customers,
delivery partners, payment service providers, or the Platform ecosystem.
Accounts may be restricted or closed for activities including, but not limited to:
• Misuse of reviews, returns, refunds, offers, payment facilities, or customer support services;
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or unauthorised activities, including fake orders, unauthorised
transactions, use of unlawful payment methods, refund abuse, or manipulation of Platform
features;
• Technical misuse, including attempts to gain unauthorised access, interfere with Platform
systems, use automated tools, or bypass security measures;
• Abusive, unlawful, or inappropriate conduct towards other users, sellers, delivery partners,
payment partners, or LX INDIA personnel.
Where reasonably practicable, LX INDIA may provide prior notice before taking action. However,
where necessary to protect Platform security, prevent fraud, comply with law, or address serious
violations, action may be taken immediately without prior notice.
Fair Usage Policy
LX INDIA is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and reliable marketplace environment for all users.
To maintain Platform integrity and prevent misuse, LX INDIA may review account activity, including
order history, cancellations, return and refund requests, payment-related activity, claim patterns, and
other account-level information relevant to Platform security and customer support.
If LX INDIA identifies activity that appears excessive, abnormal, fraudulent, or inconsistent with
genuine customer usage, including:
• Repeated or excessive return requests;
• False, misleading, or unsupported claims;
• Unusual cancellation patterns;
• Misuse of refund facilities;
• Attempts to exploit Platform offers, promotions, or services;
LX INDIA may take appropriate measures to protect users, sellers, payment partners, and the Platform.
Such measures may include:
• Limiting access to certain Platform features;
• Restricting transactions;
• Placing certain requests under additional review;
• Suspending or terminating access to the Platform where appropriate.
Such actions may be taken with or without prior notice depending on the circumstances and applicable
requirements.

You acknowledge that you access and use the LX INDIA Platform at your own choice.
LX INDIA operates as a marketplace platform connecting buyers with independent sellers. Unless
expressly stated otherwise, LX INDIA is not the manufacturer, owner, distributor, importer, or seller of
products listed on the Platform.
Product details, specifications, warranties, after-sales services, and related obligations are provided by
the respective seller and/or manufacturer.
LX INDIA does not assume responsibility for or guarantee the acts, omissions, representations,
warranties, obligations, or performance of sellers, manufacturers, logistics partners, payment service
providers, or other third parties, including matters relating to:
The contract of sale for products listed on the Platform is between the buyer and the respective seller.
LX INDIA provides marketplace facilitation services and does not acquire ownership, title, or interest
in products listed by sellers unless expressly stated otherwise.
LX INDIA may facilitate communication, payment processing, order management, and customer
support relating to Platform transactions. However, such facilitation does not make LX INDIA a party
to the underlying sale transaction between buyer and seller.

assume responsibility for the independent acts, representations, commitments, or obligations of sellers,
manufacturers, logistics partners, payment service providers, or other third parties connected with
transactions conducted through the Platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, LX INDIA shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of
data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other similar damages arising out of or relating to:
• Access to or use of the Platform;
• Inability to access or use the Platform;
• Delays, interruptions, or technical issues;
• Actions or omissions of independent sellers, manufacturers, logistics partners, payment service
providers, or other third parties;
• Product-related issues, including quality, performance, warranty, service, or after-sales matters.
You acknowledge that LX INDIA operates as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and
independent sellers and does not control or guarantee the acts, performance, products, services, or
obligations of such third parties, except to the extent expressly provided under applicable law or
Platform policies.
LX INDIA shall not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control,
including failures or disruptions caused by third-party service providers, payment gateways, internet
service providers, logistics providers, or technical systems.
In any event, to the maximum extent permitted by law, LX INDIA’s total aggregate liability arising out
of or relating to a specific order shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the customer for that
particular order.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LX INDIA, its affiliates, directors, officers,
employees, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, demands,
actions, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable
legal expenses) arising out of or relating to:
(a) Your access to or use of the Platform, including misuse of Platform features, services, or facilities;
(b) Any breach of these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or any applicable LX INDIA policies by you;
(c) Any violation of applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights, including intellectual property,
privacy, or data protection rights;
(d) Any content, reviews, ratings, messages, feedback, or information submitted by you on the
Platform, including claims relating to defamation, misrepresentation, infringement, or violation of
third-party rights; or
(e) Any fraudulent, unauthorised, unlawful, or suspicious activity carried out through your account.
The obligations under this indemnity shall survive suspension, termination, or expiry of these Terms of
Use.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, together with the policies, guidelines, and notices published on the Platform from
time to time, constitute the complete agreement between you and LX INDIA relating to your use of the
Platform and services.
These Terms replace any prior versions, discussions, communications, or arrangements relating to the
same subject matter.
If LX INDIA delays or does not immediately enforce any right under these Terms, such delay shall not
be considered a waiver of that right.
Any interpretation of these Terms shall be made reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
Force Majeure
LX INDIA shall not be responsible for any delay, interruption, suspension, or failure in providing
Platform services or performing obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure arises due to
circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, without limitation:
• Natural disasters including floods, earthquakes, storms, or other environmental events;
• Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies;
• War, civil unrest, or governmental restrictions;
• Government orders, regulatory actions, or legal restrictions;
• Strikes or labour disruptions;
• Internet, telecommunications, or network failures;
• Payment gateway, banking, or financial system failures;
• Cyber-attacks, security incidents, or technical failures;
• Logistics disruptions, transportation issues, or courier service interruptions.
During such events, certain Platform services may be temporarily affected. LX INDIA may take
reasonable steps to restore affected services as soon as practicable.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law,
such provision shall be modified or removed only to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue to remain valid, enforceable, and binding.
Governing Law And Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of
India.
The courts at Mavelikara, Kerala, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of
or relating to these Terms, subject to applicable laws.
